Our heavy, wooden, two-stall garage door came off it's tracks and ended up wedged between them. Although late in the afternoon, Monte was dispatched to our home at the same price as a regularly scheduled service call. As getting the multi-hundred pound door un-wedged and back in its tracks turned out to be a two person job, Monte called Jon - who had already completed his last call of the day and was headed home - for assistance. Monte and Jon did an outstanding job of getting the door back in its tracks, reconnecting/resetting the springs, and replacing all the damaged fittings. Great experience from dispatch until Monte and Jon completed the job. I've added Precision Door Service to my address book and will definitely use them again.

He installed a new connector and tightened up the spring so hopefully that will take care of my problem of not being able to open the door with my remote.

With this last rain, the weather stripping on my 16 year old Martin Garage Door was seeping water into my garage. Josh came out to replace the old sponge weatherstripping with a better made rubber one. I also had him do a 25 point inspection of the entire garage doors mechanics. Much to my surprise, my garage door was still in great condition and needed nothing but a little lube. Josh (I never met Monte) was extremely knowledgeable, personable and did an excellent job. I just received emazing service from Monte. First I called right after my garage door broke and was able to get same day service. First Star :-) - Second Monte explained everything he needs to do in order not to deal with this issue again. Second Star :-) Third got my car out so I was able to leave the house if needed.
