One of my springs on the garage broke. I called Precision and within two hours they were at my house. My garage door is now up and running. The best part was the repair was done under a 10 year warranty. I have never worked with any company that would honor a 10+ warranty without any hassle. Most companies would say that warranty was with another owner. I would recommend Precision to anyone. As for the repair tech. Mario was the best because he was professional, friendly and he explained every little detail. Keep up the great work.

Daniel came on Sunday afternoon, the appointment I was given the day after I called for service. My garage door wouldn’t open and my car was in the garage, so I was trapped. Daniel explained the options for repairs, and then proceeded to finish the work efficiently.
