New garage door opener that wasn't working only needed a new battery. If policy already isn't that new batteries are provided at the time of set-up, that would help to do so. Since we'd only recently received this, it didn't occur to us to need to switch the battery; thought the access coding had somehow been dropped. Could have easily avoided the inconveniences and time involved in dealing with it if a new battery had been used. Otherwise, we are very satisfied with Precision's timely responses and helpful approach to providing service for us. Thank you!!
