My old door had seriously failed, and was replaced by Precision with an entirely new door, the motor, mobile application controls and more. So far the product quality appears top notch. But I mostly want to extend kudos to installer Hollis Durland. Pleasant and attentive from the get-go, very technically capable, but best of all, embodying a strong and positive work ethic. He cares, and took every opportunity to turn that into quality work and attention to detail. TWC

I had to have Pedro Almanza come out today March 29th, the new garage door entry code box was not working. He called me ahead of time and I met him. He fixed the problem and said if it happens again to just call him. He is always, on time, polite, courteous and fixes the issue. Highly recommend him!!!

I would highly recommend Precision to anyone. I have worked with them on a few houses, including my own. Sunday I had an “emergency” on one of my clients garage doors and called for a repair, that is when I met Pedro Almanza, the technician. He called ahead and let know his eta. He checked out the door and told me what he needed to do to fix it. We setup an appointment for Tuesday March 21st after noon. He once again let me know he would be there soon and showed up on time. He was very polite, courteous and got the job”completed”! I hope he gets “recognized” for his work and personality. Yes, very pleased with Precision!

We set an appt time for 4 to 6 and the tech must have been told a different time because he texted and called that he was arriving during the earlier window of 2 to 4 which meant he showed up at 330 when I was still at work and while my deaf husband did great with him he unfortunately wasn’t able to convey or converse with the tech what we needed When I called to ask for a call back from the supervisor The tech and the office both assured me I would get a call back but a week later after a bill of over 100 dollars and less than a 20 min visit ( most of which was spent writing up a quote we didn’t want ) And still no working door we know now This is not the same company we have called in the past q15 years when needed help with our 2 doors
