We were unable to open our garage door due to broken door springs. I called A Garage Door And Gate store and they had several available appointments for the same day and were very flexible with my availability. Josh Jackson, the service technician, came to my residence at the beginning of the schedule window, was courteous, and provided an explanation for the quote provided. The job took longer than expected due to the age of the residence and low ceiling and space available to work around the springs and door track, yet Josh never complained. My garage door and opener have never looked or operated better!! I appreciate Josh's craftsmanship, attention to detail, patience and willingness to answer my questions as a homeowner!

I had a very simple situation with the wall keypad to be re-coded. It was a very easy 1 minute fix. I was upset being charged so much. But a manager called me and rectified my bill and we came to a fair resolution. I really appreciate the effort that the manager went to turn a negative experience into a positive experience.

This one of the best home service experiences I've had, because the quote process was easy, the installation was done with incredible attention to detail, and the crew was very accomodating of my existing wiring which i disconnected and then reconnected as they did their work. Our new gate works perfectly and is installed to last 40-50 years like our original gate did, if not longer!
