We bought our garage from precision door a few years ago. We were happy with the purchase, and have had no problems since. However our house is under construction and our electrical outlet was cut and tripped the circuit to the garage. So we couldn’t get in. we called precision, and they sent someone to help us right away. Pedro and Josh showed up and were fantastic! They were able to solve our issue in a timely manner. Pedro was thorough, and professional from start to finish.
