My garage couldn't open after coming back from my morning dog walk. I went online and was able to book an appointment that same morning! The communication was great and I was called letting me know around what time to expect the tech and when he was actually on his way to my property. After the diagnosis I was presented with a list of options so I could choose the plan that suited my needs/budget. The tech was very friendly and let me know about all the problems I had and answered all my questions. Shout out to Ariel Zamora! The install was completed in about 2 hours! After living here for over 30 years, we finally decided we needed an automatic garage door opener. We live in Julian so our options for service are usually limited. We called Precision and they had a technician out here within two hours. Ariel installed the opener as well as provided torsion spring maintenance and tuneup on a door that had nothing done to it since it was originally installed. He was great to work with. We did not get many estimates, but the pricing seemed fair. We would definitely recommend Precision Garage door and Ariel for your needs

I called them in the evening and they not only had an appointment for the next morning but the technician called that evening just to make sure that it wasn't an emergency with a car stuck in the garage. Great communication and great deals, but also thorough and trustworthy, I definitely do not regret having used them! Didn't try to sell me on more than I needed, but was very honest as well. Only call these people if you want to be conned into having to pay their $60 service fee for absolutely nothing. They lie about what it’s going to cost to get something fixed in their office. Then when the service tech gets here it’s a whole other price. Apparently they have no communication between office and other staff. Not worth it, save your money.

I was given several options at different price points and there was no pressure to purchase. It was done the same day and I love the results, the door works beautifully!
