Great service from Benjamin. He was even early! Unfortunately I signed the invoice without realizing that the service charge fee of 119.95 was still there despite my scheduling the service during your waived service fee sale over Memorial Day weekend. Benjamin Pancarik said he would take care of it, but I don't see the credit on my credit card online account.
