I thought the service call was outstanding as far as knowledgeable information as to what the problem was and what was needed to fix it. I was mainly looking for diagnosis on repairing the unit in place so even though we couldn't make a sale to replacement I was very appreciative of the info I received. Thanks

Hey all I’m very happy and impressed with the technician Alec Roach who installed the garage door for my house. Alec is very knowledgeable, and explaining what he needs to do at the time when he installs the garage door. Also, he was very kind and helping me to set up all the garage door remote, and re-said the keypad that I had. My house is in the half way of a construction so it’s a little messy when he walks in but he is really patient and helping me to move away all the obstacles in the garage. Alec and Mark are both really good in communication about the process. Also, the person who came in for the estimate Mark, he is very friendly, kind knowledgeable.
