I don't know why you would call anyone else. Precision Garage Door always is on time and explains what the problem is and how to fix it. They never try to talk you into more expensive options but will present all options to you. I am extremely happy with the repairs they did today!

From the initial consultation, their team was communicative and made the complex process of getting an HOA-compliant door simple. Hollis, the installer, was great! He arrived on time, completed the work efficiently (it was a very clean installation!), and made sure I was fully instructed on the door's operation and maintenance before leaving. The new Clopay door looks fantastic and with the new garage door opener, opens and closes with barely a sound. The man who showed up was great- did the job. Precision doesn’t list labor so I can’t say what he gets paid. But I can tell you that they marked up the parts over 400% above the exact part( exact description on their invoice including warranty). I got a clear photo of the after but nothing of the parts that ‘need to be replaced. Look for a local owned and operated vendor. Would imagine you could pay 50% markup on parts, $100/hour on labor and pay half the total.

Excellent experience! I had a garage door emergency on Wednesday involving my vehicle and damaging my garage door. I called precision’s office that afternoon and they had a technician out the next morning to diagnose my problem and get my garage door closed to secure my house. They gave me a great military/first responder discount, ordered the parts and I had a brand new door installed on Monday! Easiest and most professional work I’ve ever had done on my home. Appreciate y’all!
