Although the company’s prices were quite a bit higher than I was expecting, Javy was courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful.I was extremely satisfied with his work. If I could rate the company and the technician separately I would definitely give Javi 5 stars.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our experience with precision garage door service was excellent. From the initial call, to setting up the appointment, to the actual estimate and installation of the new garage door opener. Jonathan, our technician was very attentive, on time (offered to come early) and assessed our needs. He carefully helped us understand the new wireless features as our old garage door opener was 40 years old.

The technician was spectacular! Super knowledgeable, helpful and proficient but your fees to replace a remote are OUTRAGEOUS! I’ll install my own from now on (YouTube) and can then replace a lost remote for $20.00.
