The company was quick on accommodating me the same day my garage door malfunctioned. Daniel was professional and fixed my door fast. The only comment I have is the total cost was somewhat pricey, and with a lifetime warranty plan I chose, all moving parts are covered except for the one hinge that's only covered for a month. I was also expecting when rollers were replaced with those with bearings that the door will be less noisy but it is not.

This the second time we have chose Precision Garage Door of San Diego! Our technician Eliseo was great,he was able to answer all questions. He was also super clean, Elise even cleaned the smudges off my door! Eliseo went above and beyond . Our door looks beautiful!

The technician showed up as expected. He was very specific with the explanations on what was wrong with the Garage Doors an offer alternatives. His work was exceptional, and our Garage Doors are as good as new. In a few words, Michael’s service exceeded my expectations.

The service professional, Mike, was great-- attentive, explained the repairs to be done, did a thorough inspection. I plan on using Precision again-- and asking for Mike!

The young man said he fixed everything, put his tools in the truck and then the door DID NOT WORK. He then said the sensors needed replacing for an additional $100.00. He did get the door to work and I spoke to a supervisor and did not charge me the additional charge.

Service was provided just a week ago so it's too soon to tell if the work was performed to last. So far so good. The technician was friendly, polite and very knowledgeable. He explained everything very well. The service and equipment were expensive but I'm hoping the equipment and work performed will last a long time without issues. The technician was so competent that based just on that... I would recommend Precision Garage Door. By the way, service was by appointment and online, very convenient with many time slots available including weekends, and then, the technician was perfectly on time. That was great.

I don't know why you would call anyone else. Precision Garage Door always is on time and explains what the problem is and how to fix it. They never try to talk you into more expensive options but will present all options to you. I am extremely happy with the repairs they did today!

Today was my second time dealing with precision …as usual great service but I was especially delighted with today’s service because of the exceptional young man Rick Jasso… he was so knowledgeable and helpful… not to mention his great manners!!! Wow Precision… keep up the good work!

From the initial consultation, their team was communicative and made the complex process of getting an HOA-compliant door simple. Hollis, the installer, was great! He arrived on time, completed the work efficiently (it was a very clean installation!), and made sure I was fully instructed on the door's operation and maintenance before leaving. The new Clopay door looks fantastic and with the new garage door opener, opens and closes with barely a sound. If you are looking for great pricing and an expert installation, look no further than Precision Garage Door.

The man who showed up was great- did the job. Precision doesn’t list labor so I can’t say what he gets paid. But I can tell you that they marked up the parts over 400% above the exact part( exact description on their invoice including warranty). I got a clear photo of the after but nothing of the parts that ‘need to be replaced. Look for a local owned and operated vendor. Would imagine you could pay 50% markup on parts, $100/hour on labor and pay half the total.
