Mark was the sales person that came twice; friendly and explained everything thoroughly. Our door was around $6,000.00 dlls; beautiful door. The install was good, looks very nice, but unfortunately the cleanliness of the job left a lot to desire. “ the devil’s in the detail” as they say. Very upset with this. You would expect more because you went with a higher end new door from a reputable business. I did speak to a couple of employees about it, and did receive an apology from them. But the fact is that I had to wipe off the door inside and out, because it was left dirty. We are talking a brand new door. Also had to sweep my garage of all the debris that was left behind after the install. FOUND STAPLES. This is not right at all.

The attention to detail was noted from the start. Each step was discussed as the installation proceeded. Hollis took great pride in “doing it right the first time”. Matthew Gisbert showed up on time, evaluated the garage issues and gave me a variety of repair options up front. Once we decided on a path forward he got the job done quick then ran me through everything that he did once he finished. There was a slight delay due to the garage door we owned and a last minute work addition I made but Matt scheduled another appointment and came back out once he had the parts needed. Will definitely continue using Precision with technicians like Matthew on staff. Thanks Matt!

Josh and Matthew did an amazing job. Called the same day if they could come and check my 2 doors and make recommendations. Upon decision they started right away and changed motors and every moving part since doors and tracks were in good shape. In a couple hours i had smooth and noiseless doors with new lifetime guaranteed motors that come with led lighting, it improves a lot my 3-car garage!
