Ben was prompt, neat and clean, had expert skills and knowledge, was polite and professional, very efficient and productive, communicated clearly the issues with my overhead garage door, gave me three options for repair/replacement, and came at a moment's notice after the original technician didn't arrive for the appointment earlier in the day. (...although it may have been my fault. I am hard of hearing and may not have heard him knock.) I paid what seemed like an exorbitant price with a smile on my face because I felt Ben provided such good service and quality materiel. I also want to commend the women who answered my call. They were very helpful, and the second one actually apologized for the ghosting, even though it was not her fault. That is very rare and much appreciated.
