From the scheduler Taylor setting up the appointment on the same day. Mark Davidson the field manager came out and provided better understanding of what was wrong with our garage. His customer service was wonderful and knew what he was talking about. He is definitely an expert. Also took the time to explain to my mother whos english is her second language what is going on. Mark was able to schedule one of his techs Joshua Jackson the same day to come out to replace our motor. They were professional and friendly. Did the job well! This company is true to their word. I was very impressed with the one day install! Thank you for the overall amazing experience.

I felt like I was ripped off. Henry was my service tech and was friendly and performed the installation well. However, When I spoke to the person who answered my initial call, I was told the repair would be between $159 and $209. She said the price could vary depending on the condition of the door, track etc. there was never any indication from Henry that there was ANY problems with the door or track or door other than the broken spring. When Henry got to my house the up selling started. Initially he quoted me $600, $800 and $1200. After my shock I asked him why there was such a discrepancy. He had no answer. Why did he have to replace both springs, his answer made no sense, and when pressed had no answer. Because I needed the door operation I signed on for $400+ repair I think $450ish. He tried to up sell me a new barring, a 10 Dollar item for $50 that would only take 30 seconds to install. My final bill was $489, don’t understand why, and when I asked if he had installed the good springs he said no, the standard ones, I’m sure the good springs were part of an up sell. I liked Henry, nice guy, but am very disappointed with the company and the attempted tricks to up sell. I will be doing a back charge to the credit card unless I hear from their “CEO” or owner. Be VERY carefulll when using these people, NOT recommended!

Your technician Benjamin is a First Class Technician and very courteous. He “paints” a mental plan on the garage floor and brings and puts in order the series of items that is going to use one by one and develops a very clean work and an efficient work. We set an appt time for 4 to 6 and the tech must have been told a different time because he texted and called that he was arriving during the earlier window of 2 to 4 which meant he showed up at 330 when I was still at work and while my deaf husband did great with him he unfortunately wasn’t able to convey or converse with the tech what we needed When I called to ask for a call back from the supervisor The tech and the office both assured me I would get a call back but a week later after a bill of over 100 dollars and less than a 20 min visit ( most of which was spent writing up a quote we didn’t want ) And still no working door we know now This is not the same company we have called in the past q15 years when needed help with our 2 doors
