My garage door quit working so I called Precision Garage Door which I had used before. I was more than pleasantly surprised when they told me they could have a technician out the same day. Jave was my technician and he was more than professional. He arrived on time, went over and above to solve my issues and was very polite. I would give 10 stars if possible.

Well done from beginning to end. Good communication throughout . Had a little issue after the installers left with placement of light pad but they came back and fixed it. My only criticism would be it took 2 weeks to schedule and install after the product was received .

After 15 years, my garage door cables snapped (almost like that TV commercial!) Contacted Precision Garage via the website and scheduled a repair. Jeff and John came on time, were friendly and efficient, assessed what had broken and what was still intact and gave me a few options on which components to replace. They fixed everything within an hour and cleaned up and hauled away the broken parts. They even tuned up the opener a little (it runs very quietly now). Very nice experience.

On August 7th we called Precision Garage Door to assist with repairing or replacing the key pad for are garage door opener. Their technician arrived and told us we needed a garage door overhaul. After paying $1,921.55 the key pad again failed. When we called Precision for assistance, they denied the key pad was what they worked on. We were told it's likely there would be additional charges and because a key pad isn't an emergency, they would get to it when they can
