Great Service but I was surprised in how the technician tried to sell or up the price because he said he did not know that it was a tune and lube call. He retracted the sale when I told him that the door just need an alignment and maybe replace a frayed cable. Yesterday, I tried contacting him (number on his card) about my invoice and he did not return my texts or call. I was VERY upset, since what would have happened if there was a problem with the repair? I am guessing that someone will read this email, I will be surprised if anyone does. I truly believe in the company of repairing and installing garage doors. Respectfully-

Hard to find honest contractors today, but Mr. Mark indicated Precision will be a good company to work with. We are excited to get new garage door in a few months.
