Matt did an Excellent job. He was very detailed in his investigating why the existing door opener stopped working. Once his evaluation was complete he offered to order a new power board but due to the age of the system I chose to have a new one installed. He was very efficient and took care of replacing all of the antiquated rollers and proceeded to check and lube all hinges. After he completed he took the time to demonstrate and instruct me and my daughter on operating the system from the wall to the remotes. I have never heard a quieter door opener in my life. Lifetime warranty as well. It is a relief to see some individuals still understand good business ethics. That's why I called them back 16 years later. Thank you, Bernard
