Just left you a Yelp review! Josh was not only knowledge about the door and the opener but fixed the issue. ADS said the problem was not repairable and wanted to charge me for a brand new opener. I hate that I’ve depended on ADS for years. They are not to be trusted by our family any longer. I will be telling everyone I know about Precision Garage Doors. THANK YOU Josh for fixing our door! I called Precision to let them know that my outside keypad to open the garage door was no longer working. James Myer came out first thing the next morning, popped off the cover and determined that the batteries had failed and there was some corrosion inside. He decided to completely replace the entire keypad and he was done in about 20 minutes. He reprogammed it, tested it and off he went. Such a pleasant and knowledgeable guy! The woman who took my telephone call was also great. Very efficient and nice. Thanks, Precision!
