I would highly recommend Precision to anyone. I have worked with them on a few houses, including my own. Sunday I had an “emergency” on one of my clients garage doors and called for a repair, that is when I met Pedro Almanza, the technician. He called ahead and let know his eta. He checked out the door and told me what he needed to do to fix it. We setup an appointment for Tuesday March 21st after noon. He once again let me know he would be there soon and showed up on time. He was very polite, courteous and got the job”completed”! I hope he gets “recognized” for his work and personality. Yes, very pleased with Precision!

This was my first experience with Precision. Benjamin was perfect in every way. Precisely on time. Identifying himself properly, explaining what he was going to do and providing options. He found a broken coupler and quoted replacing that as well as service on both doors. I optioned for both and he completed them as promised. Demonstrated all functionality, tacked down a loose molding on the door. Just an overall A++ experience. I will definitely recommend Precision if I get a chance.
