This is how a business should be run, from the initial appointment, through the inspection and estimate, to the flawless installation, and flexible payment options it was a five-star experience. Mark Davidson came to our home and gave me a thorough breakdown of my repair and replacement options and helped me to make an informed decision. His frank and professional demeanor and knowledge of his product made the experience painless for me and my family. But his service didn't stop with the sale, he came back to my house on the day of the installation to ensure that I was satisfied. I can't speak highly enough about this company's customer service. I was fortunate enough to have Jesse Franco do the actual installation. He arrived on time and quickly put me at ease with his friendly and professional approach to the job. He expertly briefed me on the process, made sure all my questions were addressed, and then got busy. Once he was done, he took the time to make sure that I knew the ins and outs of my new garage doors and remote access options. From beginning to end Precision Garage Door of San Diego set the standard for professionalism and customer care, and if you are fortunate enough to have Mark Davidson and Jesse Franco show up at your home then you will know that you have the A-Team working for you!

Ariel came in after a very scary episode in my home after one of my controls had been stolen and we had an attempted break in. There’s very few moments that compare to the feeling of knowing someone came in to do a job and tripled checked their work to make sure we were safe and the garage door could not be accessed anymore. Had a great experience with Precision Garage. Our estimater Mark was prompt, professional and kept us informed throughout the process, and our installer Alec did a really fantastic job putting the new door on. I particularly appreciated his attention to detail and professionalism. In fact, every person we had contact with from the company was noticeably polite which gave me a lot of confidence in the project. I’d definitely recommend them.

I called them in the evening and they not only had an appointment for the next morning but the technician called that evening just to make sure that it wasn't an emergency with a car stuck in the garage. Great communication and great deals, but also thorough and trustworthy, I definitely do not regret having used them! Didn't try to sell me on more than I needed, but was very honest as well. Josh the technician was awesome!

Only call these people if you want to be conned into having to pay their $60 service fee for absolutely nothing. They lie about what it’s going to cost to get something fixed in their office. Then when the service tech gets here it’s a whole other price. Apparently they have no communication between office and other staff. Not worth it, save your money.

Mario and Ariel were great. They knew exactly what was wrong and explained in detail what needed to be fixed, showing me the parts that could be repaired and what should be replaced. I was given several options at different price points and there was no pressure to purchase. It was done the same day and I love the results, the door works beautifully! Very friendly and professional. Thank you!

My tech, Josh Carreola, was fantastic. He came out a total of four times and got my garage door to open and close. we were able to salvage the one track which saved me money and Josh time. He was professional and very good at what he does. Props to Josh!
