The lower panel of our "20" year old garage door was damaged. I asked that an estimate be drawn for a new panel replacement and/or new garage system as our was 20 years old. We opted for the new garage system and received a 10% trade discount. I was never pressured and in fact asked for the quote for a new garage door system. My experience was 5 stars plus! Mark was never pushy and in fact provided the necessary information (cost-benefit) to make the decision. He was also upfront about the lag time on the new door...Mark was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional! I will definitely be referring my clients to Mark and Precision Door Services.

The work was completed quickly and the service tech explained what needed to be done and why. However the service listed above was not what was done. New rollers and electrical backup to the opener was completed. The work had a warranty but I did not receive a receipt. I would rate the work and the Tech highly.

He also provided ongoing care suggestions to keep the door and parts functioning as well as they do now, following his repairs and maintenance.
