I responded to your technician call and told him first to talk to my wife and gave her number We had scheduled another company because the last time a technician came to fix the garage door opener charged 170 It stopped working . I called him over the weekend ( he answered once ) and but then did not answer Obviously the job was not done and we called another company He showed up at 10 pm Was aggressive and rude to my wife ! He aggressively demanded 59 dollars !!! We don’t like this aggressive attitude ! Tomorrow we have another guy from a different company Please tell your technicians to be respectful and avoid rude behavior in future !!

No need to contact. 1. I think the CA battery backup law applies to garage door openers sold after July 2019. I think John said " a new law requires back up batteries" Considering the rather short life and questionable benefit I think I would have passed on this for $190.
