So far the service is really bad. The tech promised me that he will fix the door tomorrow and confirmed in front of me that the parts are available. Today he did not show up and even after calling their office multiple times and talking to multiple folks it’s not on their schedule and the job is on hold. They told me somebody will contact me but so far I just got a text that somebody will contact me. Very poor customer service and not keeping the promises they make.

Kevin Spratt, you sure train your men well on customer service. It started with Big John, then Matt and today Mario, one of your newest members, who actually topped on service. If done before my Buyer’s inspection, I would have saved $2220 as they had a competitors of your quote them a new door which I ended up paying half of the cost. Can’t blame the Buyer for asking to split the cost on a new door because after the 1st two services ( just under $2000) the main bracket was not attached and a hinge was detaching and 4 of the new rollers were eschew. This last service brought it back to where it should have been…thanks Mario! Mario also saved my confidence in your company but next time you will have to compete for the business. Each service call was done very timely. The door, with all the upgraded hardware is good for another 10 years now!
