I had the garage door spring unexpectedly snap today...leaving my and my wife's car stuck in the garage. Called for an appointment and got one scheduled for that afternoon. Jon and Mario actually arrived early (they checked if that was okay), assessed the garage mechanisms, provided various options/quotes, and patiently explained what was needed and why. I ended up having them upgrade everything including the springs, rollers, cables, etc...which comes with a lifetime warrant (great). They got the work done in 30-45 minutes. They were knowledgeable and competent with the work, as well as friendly and courteous throughout the visit. Jon actually helped me chase a gopher snake out of my back yard in the middle of the visit...made for an exciting afternoon. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door and Jon for any garage door work.

Benjamin Pancarik was the most helpful, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous tech representing Precision who has tried to “fix” my garage door. He went overboard in his efforts to fix the problem. He explained everything in layman’s terms and was extremely patient with two women watching his attempts to solve the problems once and for all. Definitely, deserves five stars. First, we loved that you sent a picture of Ben. We have found that the best companies are doing this. So we know who to expect. Second, Ben was great. He offered us a choice of products and services to fix our garage door opener - old one was 20 years old with a broken belt. I felt very comfortable with my selection. Third, Ben was very efficient in removing the old parts and pieces, installing the new device and related pads and other peripherals. And, he was very thorough in checking the integrity of the existing door and tracks and lubricating the rolling parts And, finally, going through the operation of the door, the key pad, and the other features of the unit. I could not have asked for more or better!

James Myer and his assistant arrived at the time specified. They found the problem with my garage door unit and replaced the unit, paired my garage remote unit in no time flat. James and his assistant explained each step that he was doing and answered any questions that I had concerning the replaced unit. Absolutely outstanding customer service and his diligence getting the problem solved with my garage door unit. I give both of them 5 stars plus for a job well done.
