John installed a new motor plus the above items. His text of his upcoming arrival was an hour early from the planned time window to begin at 8:00. The good news is it was all complete just before 9:30AM. My only concern right now is the garage door wobbles when going up or down (are the springs too tight?) I'm not an expert, but a phone call to me would be helpful to check this out. John is pleasant and a hard worker.

When I called to order a repairman, I asked for a estimate first. Your operator gave me a price of $100.00 for the one spring. I was not asked if it was a 1 or 2 car garage door. The estimate I got when the repairman arrived was over 650.00. I have found a much better price. I suggest you be more upfront on your estimate on charges.

Technician has good communication skills, but Precision Door Service does not. We had a few issues which required a return visit by the tecnician, so I called the main number, and got no answer. I left two different messages requesting callback. No calls.
