Richard called me to let me know when he would arrive. He checked over my garage door and had three levels of recommended services. After we agreed on the services he got right to work. He had all the needed parts on his truck. It was interesting to watch. No wasted work and no swearing (I am sure I would have had a few if doing it myself). The work was done quickly and I am happy.

There was some confusion about the availability of our chosen pattern and color, but we were able to adjust to one that was available immediately. The installation was efficient and well-done by Jesse. The only issue was a defective panel which he was able to replace the next day.
