Our service repair person was excellent. However the problem turned out to be a faulty repair from our last visit. ( the new springs were not properly tightened & balanced). Since the original work was under warranty, we are not sure why we had to pay for the corrective service

I was absent during the repai of the garage door. Mary Ann, my wife said, “ The repairs were made.very professionally and she. Was very happy with the results. I originally just needed two new remote openers. I appreciate the extra needed repair but was a little startled with the total cost of everything involved. I told the receptionist I needed “TWO” new remotes. I was never quoted a price for a call. Please reconsider the total price add another remote to the bill. I feel the total was was about $200.00 more than expected !
