The arm attached to our door was yanked out. James discovered there was sticky stuff on the weather stripping that was grabbing the door when it opened, causing the motor to strain and finally breaking it. He cleaned the stripping and lubricated it so it slides like butter. Also put in new bolts on the arm and re-attached it. Today he's putting in a new motor for us and we've ordered our new garage door to replace this cheap one. Great working with him.

I was thrilled with my new garage door system I had not realized how old my system was - and didn’t want to risk it failing - I decided to get the version with the high tech features It’s awesome !!! The light is bright ( LED) and is motion activated when you’re walking in and out of garage from the house - I have not tried the app yet Henry was terrific - efficient - polite - timely So happy with the new system !!
