We called this company at 1:30pm with our tension springs on our garage door broken. Their technician Matthew arrive within 20 minutes. He offered us different options to fix our door. His truck had the parts available to repair our door. Within 1 hour we had a repaired garage door, that sounds better than it ever has.

My tenant said the door is now working well. Precision was quick to send a technician out and Henry was very polite and professional in my communication with him over the phone. He was able to do the repairs the same day. My one concern is that, in reviewing the invoice emailed to me, I see where only ONE REMOTE was left with the tenant. I think a second remote should have been provided. Can you accommodate this?

Now let me get this straight before I tell you suck. Precision charged me $409.00 to replace two tension springs. Even at top dollar two tension springs top out at $150 - $180 meaning that I was charged approximately $250.00 - $260.00 for labor. It took the gentleman all of fifteen minutes to complete the work and the parts that were used were medium grade at best. Yes, the technician did show up on time, I was given a great time slot, and everyone connected with the job was courteous, but the costs took the smile right off my face. Technician gets five stars, but my overall experience with Precision is barely three stars.
