We called your company because on a previous occasion the service was efficient, professional, and appeared to be performed by a highly qualified technician. Our most recent experience was not as pleasant. Although, the job fully completed to ensure our product was operating effectively and safely, we noticed an obvious increase in operating noise after the repair - rattling along certain spots and an possibly alignment issue. I’m glad we sold a replacement springs. However, the technician also sold and installed replacement wheels to my wife so he did a great job to help increase your revenue with smaller items. He also incorrectly made the assumption that we used previously used WD-40 to lubricate the wheels and hinges. The installation of replacement wheels increased the noise and the technician, on his return visit, stated that we have an incorrect door for our direct drive garage door. The technician came across as arrogant and a Mr. Know It All - that type communication works well for some customers, but not all. Bottom line, we do not plan being repeat customers on the event of getting a replacement garage door. Thanks

Mark Davidson was informative and professional in assessing the needed repairs of my Martin Garage Door. Although Precision no longer works on these doors, Mark kindly accessed the internet on his tablet and found the Radford company that can help make the repairs. I have already made an estimate appointment with Radford for tomorrow. I truly wish to have had Mark from Precision perform the work but c'est la vie! Thank you for your help and your advice Mark.

We wanted a more quiet door because the grandkids sleep right over the garage for their naps. The old chain opener was loud and vibrated. I told Josh if he could install a new system to be as quiet as our neighbors (which Jos installed years ago) I'd buy it. He looked at our door, and said he could do it and we'd be happy.......... The technician David was on time , explained what the scope of work and the parts are available in his car which makes the job timely. Price and warranty explained. HE said 8 years warranty on the electronics but the invoice says 4 years.
