I called them in the evening and they not only had an appointment for the next morning but the technician called that evening just to make sure that it wasn't an emergency with a car stuck in the garage. Great communication and great deals, but also thorough and trustworthy, I definitely do not regret having used them! Didn't try to sell me on more than I needed, but was very honest as well. Josh the technician was awesome!

Only call these people if you want to be conned into having to pay their $60 service fee for absolutely nothing. They lie about what it’s going to cost to get something fixed in their office. Then when the service tech gets here it’s a whole other price. Apparently they have no communication between office and other staff. Not worth it, save your money.

Mario and Ariel were great. They knew exactly what was wrong and explained in detail what needed to be fixed, showing me the parts that could be repaired and what should be replaced. I was given several options at different price points and there was no pressure to purchase. It was done the same day and I love the results, the door works beautifully! Very friendly and professional. Thank you!

My tech, Josh Carreola, was fantastic. He came out a total of four times and got my garage door to open and close. we were able to salvage the one track which saved me money and Josh time. He was professional and very good at what he does. Props to Josh!

Jon is extremely helpful with great customer service. He fixed/ repaired our garage door by changing our safety eyes garage sensors, RE-wired are garage door opener, provided a surge protector
