My Precision garage door experience actually started with a competitor, I know how dare i say that, but let me tell you a tale. My neighbor accidently drove into my garage door, before you worry too much she is fine and so is her car, unlike my garage door and vehicle but thats a different story. I had used a different company in the past and they had not let me down, maintenance wise, I basically needed a whole new system rails, motor, door the works. I was promised a quote for the work later that day, Wednesday, so you can only imagine how i felt when Friday morning came and I had not received anything. So thats when I called Precision Garage Door of San Diego, within two hours of my initial call, I had Sarah at my front door ready to take a look at the damage. She had also taken the liberty to do some research on the type of door i need, I live in a condo so we have an HOA, she was able to tell me what was in stock and readily available before she walked in the door. She was professional and over all amazing. She was able to provide two quotes before leaving my house. Not only did they provide what i needed they followed up with text updates the whole way. Installation day was great, my technician was Eliseo and this guy was top notch, he was super friendly, knowledgeable and you can tell he takes pride in his work. He was nice enough to let me hang out and just talk and ask questions the whole time. Every employee I had an interaction with was great. The overall experience was amazing and it would be a disservice to not recommend such and amazing company that gives great service from start to finish. I have added some before and after pics

They were able to respond in 24 hours on a Sunday and when the technician realized he didn’t have the part in hand to fix my existing garage door after he arrived, he was able to get it and return same day and finish the job. I really appreciated that, thank you guys very much.

Went out of way to get me in one day earlier. Tech was terrific said was not the batteries thought might be hinges needed lubrication, did that and lubricated the drive mechanism also, seems to be working fine now. Nothing needed to be replaced at this time.
