I was referred to Precision by a neighbor in my community. When booking my appointment they were able to come out very quickly to review the issue. I was quoted a much lower price on the phone, I do realize this is a site un seen quote. After reviewing my door also needed a new spring which was also a bit surprising and costly. My door works and my items are now secure again. The opener I have now is a bit more secure as I can tell from my phone that the door is closed. The tech was really nice and helped me get things set up with the keypad and my opener.

Top notch service from start to finish. Received an email detailing the truck and technician who would be coming out within a block of time. Punctual and had everything needed to repair our broken spring plus provided photos of parts that were wearing down and face us three options for the work. Been using them for years. Precision Garage Door service was great! Our technician, Richard was the best! Very informative, knew exactly what was wrong. Fixed it same day. I would definitely recommend them and we’ll use them again.

I had called Precision a few days ago to have them fix my manually operated spring garage door. I had a vehicle that I was unable to use because the door would slam down at the slightest wind. Daniel Morales, a Precision Tech, attended to the unit. He told me he had the springs and said he would get started on it but ten minutes later he said he was lacking another part and couldn't get it until the next day. I was very upset at Precision because I have an extremely busy schedule and needed to use that vehicle. He stepped away, asking me to wait, and said nothing further. He then returned and told me help was on the way. I asked what he meant, and then a buddy coworker came to drop off this part because he had it and was near our neighborhood. Now that's what I call old style customer service! Three cheers for Precision! He finished the work in 40 minutes!

Had the inconvenience of our garage springs breaking on a Saturday night but the pleasure of working with Daniel Morales on fixing everything the following morning. Daniel was a very kind and sincere service technician who worked on all the mechanical parts very quickly; he inspected all of the mechanical parts, came to an agreement with us on the work, and got everything done within the hour. Although the price may have been higher than what we wanted, we think the lifetime warranty will end up being more than worth the upfront cost. Thank you Daniel (and the other guy who came and helped!)
