Did not get back to me in February about the problem. This time told me what was wrong ( the battery) and charged me for the battery. Was the battery still under warranty in February? This cost more than I thought a battery should cost.

Well, I'm not sure why the services was stated for a broken garage door spring repair. It was for the backup battery failure. The service tech, Mario was great. He explained what had happened with the battery and also replaced the rubber on the bottom of the door. There is, however, an issue with my "Lifetime Warranty" on my door and equipment. I will be calling the office to check on that.
