Petro did an excellent job in repairing my broken spring and noticing other parts that he suggested needed replacement. He did try to upsell me on more expensive parts and perhaps some unnecessarty parts (rollers, etc.). The flanges were overpriced and overall cost quite high so could not recommend this company in the future. Seniors are on a fixed budget so this company should provide a bigger discount.
