Just left a google review as well, but very happy with the service today (as always). Pedro was communicative, timely, and very easy to work with. I appreciated that he listened to what the problem had been with the keypad and then took action to resolve and also took the time to inspect feet of the system to make sure there were no issues. We are very happy with our experience with Precision! When we called to make an appointment, they came out later that day! James was extremely knowledgeable and then gave us a variety of options as to what to do to fix the problem. He was extremely personable, well versed with our type of door and then made some recommendations specifically for us. We feel confident having James (and Precision) back at any time for any future repair work, and highly recommend him to friends, family and neighbors! Great job, James and Precision!

Absolutely amazing! I could not be happier with Precision and Alec, who came to replace my broken garage door. Precision had what I wanted in stock so there was no wait time for the work to happen! Old garage door broke on Friday afternoon and new garage door was in by the next Wednesday before noon! Alec was professional and quick and answered all my questions. And the new door is so much better than my old one I’m kicking myself for not calling Precision Garage Doors years ago.
