Kudos to Bruce and Jesse for going above and beyond to provide great customer service. The both of you are genuinely appreciated. Bruce scheduled a visit promptly to assess and provide a reasonable quote. He is very knowledgeable and within a few day, my install was scheduled. Jesse came out to complete the install. He was at my door 10 min before 8am, this was great since I’m an early riser. He was professional, also very knowledgeable and polite. This guy can install a garage door with his eyes closed, LOL. A company of this caliber is rare to find. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service and highly recommend PRECISION.

Actually I got a new motor. The old one was 18years old. Ariel was excellent. He told me the old motor was workable but I changed it out. Smooth sailing now. He lubed the door and put in new rollers great company and great customer service from Ariel!

High pressure to sell higher cost services which I said I couldn’t afford. Approved the spring to be replaced at 740 dollars. Came back out and had one of the rollers in his hand that he removed by bending the track to try and upsell me again. After told him I just wanted to springs he put roller back in and bent the track back. The door works again. I was surprised at the cost of just replacing the rollers. I did ask what a whole new door would cost was told around 5 k for a basic door. Just felt like was getting taking to cleaners. Be careful.
