Mario from Precision Garage Door Service was friendly and very professional. He was able to fully explain what was needed to fix my "hung" door problem, and gave me several options to get my garage door operational again. I ended up going with the most expensive option that included a couple of hinges, all new rollers, cables, drums, and end bearing plates. I never felt pressured in my decision because Mario was able to fully articulate the pros and cons of whether or not to go with new parts versus staying with the old existing parts. Being that my garage door was 20 years old, I felt it was best to change out the old worn out parts. The garage door is so much more quiet now. Thanks again to Mario (and his assistant)... I would definitely recommend Precision Door Service to family and friends.
