Precision replaced a 23 year old rotted wooden door with an automatic metal door, Ariel and Rick arrived on time and got right to work. They were very professional and finished the job earlier than predicted, Because I live 1 1/2 blocks from the beach, Ariel recommended an upgrade that would protect against rust, a serious problem in the beach area. They did a great job and explained the set-up. I am very happpy with the door and the help from various Precision personnel.

Someone plowed into our garage door on a weekend leaving our home open to the public. We called Precision and within an hour and a half Benjamin came and was able to hang it so that it was at least covering the opening. He then ordered us a new garage door that will be installed just three days later. Wonderful, fast, competent service!

Josh had no problem fixing the torsion bar. However, he did have a problem making the garage door opener works. After consulting with someone, he finally got the garage door opener working. All in all, I am satisfied with his work.

Had my lock and keypad have issues. Call and made an appointment for the next day. Mario came and looked at everything and agreed there was problems with the lock and key pad. I asked to have them replaced. They were just out of warrantee so I was expecting to paid close to $500.00. He was able to get everything replaced and tightened the spring. I was not charged for the new parts or service. I would highly recommend Precisions as I have used them for many year. Once again extremely satisfied with their service and professionalism.

We were so impressed with the emergency service we received from Benjamin and Precision Door Service on a weekend. Benjamin arrived within an hour and a half of someone plowing into our garage door and completely caving it in so that it was totally open to anyone who might want to walk into our house.
