They were able to respond in 24 hours on a Sunday and when the technician realized he didn’t have the part in hand to fix my existing garage door after he arrived, he was able to get it and return same day and finish the job. Went out of way to get me in one day earlier. Tech was terrific said was not the batteries thought might be hinges needed lubrication, did that and lubricated the drive mechanism also, seems to be working fine now. Nothing needed to be replaced at this time.
