I needed my garage door repaired quickly. Precision San Diego technician Ariel Zamora showed up and assessed the situation. He explained what the problem was, wrote down the details and options and explained clearly what the repairs would cost. He was very polite, courteous and professional. He answered all my questions satisfactorily and I was able to determine what needed to be done. He repaired the garage door quickly and it's working so much better!

Our garage door suddenly dropped after opening halfway, because the springs and side track cables completely gave out. Precision Door Services gave me an appointment the very next day. The technician, Josh Carreola, was punctual and courteous. He diagnosed the issue right away and gave me a couple options on the fix, ranging from the no frills fix to more preventative packages with longer warranty periods. We went with the peace of mind option and Josh got it done right away, also going thru a full checkup, greasing, and screws tightening/ replacement on the garage door and parts. Highly recommend Josh and Precision Door Services and I would certainly use them again.

Took 4 visits to make it happen, wrong cables, broken cables, etc door opening is more noisy than its ever been, strange noises when opening and closing. I wish I had never had the cables replaced. New garage door opener that wasn't working only needed a new battery. If policy already isn't that new batteries are provided at the time of set-up, that would help to do so. Since we'd only recently received this, it didn't occur to us to need to switch the battery; thought the access coding had somehow been dropped. Could have easily avoided the inconveniences and time involved in dealing with it if a new battery had been used. Otherwise, we are very satisfied with Precision's timely responses and helpful approach to providing service for us. Thank you!!
