The quote was emailed for easy reference. After HOA approval, ordering and scheduling install was easy. What a great experience! They were able to have someone come out and check out our door on a Sunday. That alone gives them 3 stars from me. Once Daniel, the tech, arrived he was able to let me know what was going on with the old spring. He let me know what the issues were , and what steps needed to be taken to fix it. Once we agreed on which solution to go with, Daniel jumped right into action. I could not believe how fast this guy was moving, and how well he got everything set up. I was told these guys were good, but I wasn't expecting them to be this good. All that plus a great warranty. Will definitely be recommending Precision to others. Thanks guys.

I had a broken spring of the garage door. Contacted precision garage door. They agreed to inspect and give me a free estimate same day. Their technician rick Jasso game on time and texted me about his ETA. He diagnosed the issue quickly and offered to fix it right away. He was courteous ,pleasant, very efficient, professional, skilled technician. he explained the high quality parts in detail. He also graciously and gave me AAA and senior citizen discount and a reasonable price. I would recommend Rick without reservation

Phone representatives are available 24/7, but there is an emergency service fee charge. That was fine by itself. The on-call mechanic was supposed to arrive around 5pm, but he let us know he would be late due to previous service call running longer than usual. That was fine by itself. But then, a quick search on Amazon revealed that he overcharged us for cheap parts and simple, rushed labor. Altogether - the emergency service fee charge, the late arrival, and the price gouging - our experience gives cause for an unsatisfactory review. I wasn't going to leave one though and just go on about my business, except I've received way too many follow-up emails and text messages over the past week begging for a customer review to help them reach their goal. Well, sure. Why not?

Very competent guy arrived at the beginning of the arrival window, and got right to work replacing our garage door springs. He then readjusted the door and now we have a door that works like new. I was curious and asked about replacing with roll up doors and he did a great job of looking at what would need to change to fit them to our garage and gave what seemed to me to be a good price guesstimate.Overall: work done be an able pleasant guy who arrived on time.
