Henry did a great job!! He provided 5 different options of cost after he inspected the broken spring and other hardware. I decided to go with life time warranty which was expensive than what I was expecting. This way I don’t have to worry about it all if something goes wrong. Javier was an amazing technician. He came prepared.. from the initial assessment to the installation of our new garage door opener he was spot on! We felt he listened to our needs and he took great care of us. He worked diligently in a timely manner with great efficiency. He understood our emergency and He completed the job effortlessly even though we knew it was hard work, especially given how hot it was that day! Requested replacement of the garage door bottom gasket which was worn. Louis Chavez arrived and was so informative and helpful. He indicated the door I had was older and he would have to see if they could order the bottom gasket needed for it. He indicated he would call back in a few days and if he could not find the part for this older door he would research a way to attach one of the gaskets they utilize on their doors. He did an inspection of the door and replaced the worn rollers in addition to completing a full inspection and lubrication. Louis was professional, respectful and clearly talented in his job. I have used your company previously and Louis did not disappoint in meeting our needs for our garage door.
