Spring broke on the garage door Friday around 5:00 pm. Called Precision as soon as I got in the house. They were able to come on Saturday between 8:00 am & 10:00 am. They called Saturday morning and were on there way at 8:00 am. Benjamin was done with replacing the spring and checking the door by 8:35 am. Thank you Precision Garage Door Services! Theresa

Very nice, friendly service man. But he surprised us with a quote to replace just about everything at a surprisingly high price. we didn't have enough knowledge to negotiate. So we decided to let him go and take the loss of the service visit & inspection fee of nearly $90. He called his manager a couple times before he got to a price that was still high but replaced our motor, drive, springs, and roller wheels that seemed maybe in the ball park. It's a much nicer, quieter, safer and up-to-date system, (ours was 20+ years old), but we would have preferred not to go through their frustrating "gotcha" cheezy sales tactics and KNOW we got a competitive price.

I am very happy and pleased with Precision door service. Jonathan was an excellent technician. He was very courteous, and gave us multiple options to fix our garage door.
