Not happy with service or the upsell strategy attempted by the tech - only asked to purchase 2 remotes and he attempted to sell me a $1000 tune up because he stated the door rollers were dragging and when I said they look fine why can’t we just lube them and he went on - then he said we can do lube and tube and he took out a can of spray? This coat $89 - I should have stopped him right in his tracks but I felt it would just escalate my anger so I paid it. I could have easily went to Home Depot and purchase a can of garage lube! In addition we discovered after he programmed the garage remotes that he disabled the garage key pad! Now he has to come back out to reprogram that, I honestly feel he did that on purpose and feel Precision should credit my $89 lube and tube fee. This is the worst experience I’ve had with this garage provider. They may need to retrain their tech team to ensure they are doing things in th best interest of the customer and don’t attempt upsells unless the customer brings up an additional issue.

Mario showed up and was super polite and professional. Both my doors are about 30 years old and haven’t done much to them. Precision has come a few times for minor repairs but this time was much bigger. Everything was explained in detail what needed to be done and how much. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door for repairs, service and openers!! They are great!

Our spring broke and Danny was out in a couple hours…gave an up front quote and explained everything he has to do to get it all back working. All done in less than 2 hours. Works better and quieter than when we first moved it!

Rick, the technician, came much earlier than scheduled - which was fantastic. He assessed the problems, talked about what we needed done, and in the end took care of two issues. Very professional - beautiful work. We could not be more satisfied with the job he did. He treated the problem like it was his own; it felt more like a friend helping us out than a company. We had an issue our keypad and a lost remote. The technician came as communicated, on time, and went to work immediately to resolve our issues. Within 45 mins we were set to resume as normal. Would highly recommend Precision.

Technician came and checked the garaged door, the springs, rollers and cables. He found out my cables were rusted and all rollers are squeaky. Recommend and showed me the price and it’s all decent priced, I did asked a military’s discount with no problem. Overall Trevor’s workmanships is beyond expectations knowledgeable and respectful .

I was referred to Precision by a neighbor in my community. When booking my appointment they were able to come out very quickly to review the issue. I was quoted a much lower price on the phone, I do realize this is a site un seen quote. After reviewing my door also needed a new spring which was also a bit surprising and costly. My door works and my items are now secure again. The opener I have now is a bit more secure as I can tell from my phone that the door is closed. The tech was really nice and helped me get things set up with the keypad and my opener.

Top notch service from start to finish. Received an email detailing the truck and technician who would be coming out within a block of time. Punctual and had everything needed to repair our broken spring plus provided photos of parts that were wearing down and face us three options for the work. Been using them for years. Excellent company and technicians.
