The tech was very professional and helpful. However. I have had nothing g but problems with this door. 5 visits is it for repair? I’ve lost 3 appointments. Many hours. It’s not ok. I am asking again for a price reduction. It’s unacceptable what has transpired so far.

I would go 4.5, the service is good and tech knows what he is doing. Just seems like one hell of a mark up on opener and accompanying parts. Just seems like an excessive mark up.Over 2 grand so far and the door and rails was already there. Just opener and all that goes with it.

YOUR GUY WAS GREAT!! KNOWLEDGEABLE and quick to point out the problem. This has nothing to do with Josh! My PROBLEM is 413 or so for a Half HOUR OF labor and parts maybe your cost 100-125? EXCESSIVE to say the least. Realize you have other minimal costs...but dont think you pay your people what amounts to 550-600 an Hour(roughly 275-300 after parts x 2--half hour). Hesitant to be back for service?

Jonathan replaced the springs which were in bad shape after 30 years of continued use. He also effected a temporary fix on the broken doors 2"x3" dfrwooden frame base and explained how I could repair it permanently myself He did a great job given the age of the door
