Always happy with the service from Precision Door. James arrive on time and replaced the dead battery backup in minutes. No more incessant beeping and the door works like a charm. The only downside is that these batteries only last a couple of years before needing replacement.

James is a very knowledgeable garage door technician. He came to help resolve the flashing garage door opener light when the door was in the open position. He noted that the door was quiet and very well balanced. He called a marantec door specialist to review what he had done in the past and whether there were other options he wasn’t aware of. He reprogrammed the opener and made minor adjustments to one of the 4 springs to resolve the problem. So far all is great. Thanks James
