Hi, I'm not at all happy with the work Dustin did for my garage door issue. You guys sold me spring and rollers and charged me $766.85 and the problem is still there. I made a call about it and you sent Dustin to asses the problem and he is saying that the reason the garage door is loud is because the door is not insulated. My question is, why did he not not tell me this the first time around instead of selling me spring and rollers? I had purchased the spring recently and had a professional install it, Dustin told me that it was the wrong type of spring and that was the reason for the door loudness. He removed the spring that I recently purchased and installed new one, obviously his diagnosis was wrong and I should not be paying for his mistake.
