Garage door spring broke Saturday night leaving me kind of trapped in the garage. Called Sunday morning and precision had Pedro come out later that day. technician Pedro was very professional and convinced me my 40 something year old door needed pretty much a whole rebuild. A little more than I expected to pay for a spring repair, but way worth it. Now the old door works like brand new and should be trouble free for many years to come. I would not hesitate to call precision doors again if I had a problem.

This morning my spring broke on my 20-year-old garage door. I called Precision Garage Door and they had a technician (Henry) come out same day, give me a overview of what the cost to fix the spring as well as a tune up cost, etc. We went forward with the whole deal; Henry was fast and clean.
